A house lockout with us starts at $89, and our average arrival across metro Atlanta is 15 to 30 minutes, depending on where you are and the traffic.

What counts as a house lockout
A lockout is any time you are outside your home and you cannot get back in. These are all the same call:
- The door locked behind you and the keys are on the table inside.
- You stepped out without your keys and someone locked up after you.
- Your keys are lost and you are standing at your own front door.
The same goes for the back door, a townhome, or an apartment.
Why a locked front door is a job for a locksmith
A front door is built to keep people out. Forcing one can split the frame or wreck the lock, and breaking a window means new glass. Either way, a lockout turns into a repair.

- When the technician arrives, we check a photo ID and proof that the home is yours. If your ID is locked inside with the keys, tell us when you call.
- We confirm the final price on-site before any work begins.
- We open the door, and you walk back in to your own keys.
The ID check protects you, because it means we would not open your door for anyone else either.
If the keys are lost
